The carrier assumes full responsibility for the safe and timely delivery of the soil to its destination. Any issues or concerns regarding the shipment, including loss, damage, or delays, should be addressed directly with the LTL carrier.

2. Refund Policy: We regret to inform you that refunds will not be provided once the LTL carrier has taken possession of the soil. As mentioned earlier, the shipment's responsibility lies with the carrier once they have picked up the soil from our facilities. Therefore, any refund requests related to issues arising during transportation, delivery, or any circumstances beyond our control must be directed to the LTL carrier.

3. Quality Control: We take utmost care to ensure that the soil meets the highest standards of quality and is in optimal condition when it leaves our premises. However, we cannot be held liable for any changes in the soil's condition that may occur during transit, as factors such as temperature, handling, and storage are beyond our control.

4. Damage or Loss Claims: In the unfortunate event that the soil sustains damage or is lost during transportation, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim directly with the LTL carrier. We recommend thoroughly inspecting the shipment upon delivery and documenting any visible damage or discrepancies on the carrier's delivery receipt or bill of lading. Please follow the carrier's guidelines for initiating a claim promptly.
